Start with the building route
Petersburg is approximately 9 miles from Chester and was selected as a nearby nearby independent city south of Chester. Distance alone does not confirm scheduling. Call before relying on coverage.
For apartment work, note the floor, stair count, elevator reservation process, loading-zone location, doorway limits, and how far the crew must carry items. Property-specific rules matter more than a citywide assumption.
Match the scope to the unit
- List furniture and large items room by room
- Separate belongings that remain
- Bag or box ordinary loose contents where practical
- Disclose damaged, sharp, wet, or potentially infested items
- Confirm who can authorize removal
Local disposal is not the same as hired removal
Public drop-off programs can limit users, vehicles, materials, or quantities. A hired cleanout also includes labor, carrying, loading, and route planning. Confirm current local rules directly before choosing a disposal option.
Before scheduling
Call (804) 735-2620 to confirm Petersburg coverage, the unit scope, and current timing. Review the apartment cleanout service and estimate checklist first.
